Charming bakery in the city center of Aarhus. We went there for buying some pieces for breakfast. I had a "grov birkes" and my gf a "salt & pepper". As dessert we chose a croissant. They were all amazing and delicious. Quite heavy, though crispy and fluffy. Really something you have to try out! Their bread looks really lovely as well. We will come back and try more. Thumbs up!!

The croissants are ridoncolous! If you feel like experiencing how much butter it's possible to cram into a dough, and the crispy flakyness of a fat man's dream, this is the place to go.
